DEELEY GROUP
Deeley Group Customer Handover Gift
The Brief
To design a personalised, premium handover gift that celebrates the individuality of each of the 14 uniquely built homes in Moreton-in-Marsh. The gift needs to honour the historical namesakes of the homes, while providing practical and memorable keepsakes for new homeowners.

KEY INSPIRATION
The rich heritage of Moreton-in-Marsh and the individuality of each home to inspire would require a prestige gifting experience for the Deeley Group new homeowners. Personalisation of each handover box with the name of a notable local figure to create a unique sense of identity and connection for every purchaser.
CHALLENGES
Crafting 14 individually tailored presentations while maintaining a consistent level of quality and brand coherence. Managing personalisation – particularly with customised CGI prints and name labelling – required tight coordination and attention to detail.
Lessons Learnt
Personal touches elevate perceived value exponentially. Even when scaled across a development, bespoke elements like CGI artwork and named packaging turn a standard handover into a powerful emotional moment and memory hook for the customer.

THE BOX
A key presentation box, individually named after a famous person in the nearby Cotswold town, treated each owner to a stunning CGI of their new home emblazoned in a silver photo frame. Household documentation was stored on a flash drive card and keys nestled in a leather pouch.
THE OUTCOME
The Deeley Group’s handover gift was more than just a key presentation—it was a curated homeowner experience. The silver-framed CGI, custom naming, and practical additions like a flash drive and leather key pouch delivered on sentiment, utility, and sophistication.
“Every detail of the handover box reinforced the care we put into building these homes. Buyers were genuinely touched by the personalised elements – it’s helped us leave a lasting impression that goes well beyond the build.”
