To design two sequenced, sophisticated handover gifts that enrich the customer experience and journey for A.C. Lloyd homebuyers. The package needed to embody the company’s commitment to quality, offering new homeowners useful, luxurious and meaningful keepsakes upon receiving their documentation and keys.


KEY INSPIRATION
The emotional significance of receiving the documentation and then finally the keys to a new home inspired two gifts that felt both ceremonial and personal. The use of premium leather and elegant presentation materials reflects the high standards that A.C. Lloyd upholds in every property they deliver.
CHALLENGES
Ensuring the leather folder and key box not only looked premium, but also had a lasting, practical use for homeowners. It was essential to create a design that appealed to the company’s buyers, while remaining distinctively branded and in line with the corporate identity guidelines.
