The Process Behind Building Bespoke BRANDED Boxes
Our expert team will work with you closely throughout the whole process of creating your bespoke made Brand Box. From understanding your objectives and your brand values to visualising and mocking up design options for you to approve. We will help you realise your Brand Box.
Once agreed, we’ll move to the production stage, where your custom-built branded boxes will be handmade. This approach ensures exceptional dedication and quality control at every stage.
We can design your Brand Box to hold whatever you would like to fit inside it. Every item will be snugly fitted within to ensure a safe transit and an unforgettable unboxing experience. If you’re not sure about what to put inside, our team have years of experience and can advise. We can source or bespoke make a range of quality items for your perfect gift.
Ideation & Design
We begin with an in-depth workshop where we meet with you to understand your brief and explore creative ideas. This collaborative session lays the foundation for a design that truly reflects your brand’s personality and goals.
Digital Artwork
Once we’ve captured your vision, our creative team transforms these ideas into detailed digital artwork. This artwork serves as the blueprint for your bespoke box, ensuring every design element is perfectly planned.
CAD Modelling
Precision is key. We convert the digital artwork into intricate CAD models, allowing us to visualise every detail and prepare for seamless manufacturing. This step ensures that the design is technically sound and ready for production.
Prototype
Using our CAD models, we create physical prototypes of your box. This crucial stage allows us to test the design, check the fit of the contents, and make any necessary adjustments before moving forward.
Full Print Run
With the design perfected, we leverage the latest box printing technology to execute a full print run. Our state-of-the-art process brings your digital artwork to life with vibrant, high-quality results.
Hand Finishing
Each box is then carefully assembled and finished by hand. This artisanal touch guarantees a high-quality, impeccably crafted final product that stands out.

Fulfilment

SusTAINABLE, RECYCLABLE & REUSEABLE
When building your bespoke branded box there are many options and ways to make and ultimately dispose of your box, whether that be 100% recyclable and made from 100% sustainably resourced materials to something that has none of those credentials. Either way we can produce your box to look stunning and fit for purpose. We will prompt you in our initial meeting to ensure that we discuss your ‘build’ criteria whether that be with recyclability and sustainability in mind or not.
