The goal was to create an exclusive and memorable VIP invitation experience for the Grand Opening of the GEM Museum in Giza, Egypt. The project brought together Panivox, pioneers in AI avatar voice technology, and Brand Boxes, experts in high-end, bespoke corporate gifting. The brief required a solution that could combine the tactile luxury of a physical presentation box with the interactivity and reach of digital media—delivering not just an invitation, but a rich, immersive introduction to one of the world’s most important cultural events.
KEY INSPIRATION
The inspiration stemmed from the desire to honour Egypt’s ancient history while embracing the possibilities of modern technology. The team sought to reflect the GEM Museum’s mission of preserving heritage through innovation by creating an experience that fused storytelling, cutting-edge AI, and elegant physical design. The invitation needed to feel both deeply personal and technologically advanced, capturing the imagination of each recipient from the moment they opened the box.
CHALLENGES
Integrating advanced digital elements into a physical format presented a unique set of challenges. Ensuring that the QR code led seamlessly to a responsive and engaging AI avatar experience on the Panivox platform required close coordination between the physical and digital teams.
