There’s nothing like winning the ‘Jewel In The Crown Race’ of the F1 Season – The Monaco Grand Prix – and being top of the podium.
An amazing feeling no doubt.
The Monaco Grand Prix held at the Circuit de Monaco in Monte Carlo last weekend (Friday 27th May – Sunday 29thMay 2022) was a spectacle to behold.
It had everything – the suspense of the delayed start, the drama of the weather constantly fluctuating, the competitiveness of the drivers using their instinct and bravery in tricky conditions – driving on the edge – to avoid those unforgiving armco barriers. After just shy of two hours – the culmination of all that perspiration, angst and adrenalin – the chequered flag was waved and a winner declared.
Sergio Pérez the Red Bull driver was crowned King of The Principality’s Race, with Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz Junior second (sandwiched between the two Red Bull’s). Championship Leader and Red Bull driver – Max Verstappen was third. All three stood atop the podium taking the applause and then celebrated madly as corks popped and fizz flew around the staged arena.
The build-up to the event was made just as exclusive and exciting for those Corinthian Sports clients who had invested in a same day trip or an overnight package to this spectacular sporting event. Their ticket, event instructions and some ‘branded goodies’ were delivered to them in a beautifully branded and hand-crafted presentation box (from Brandboxes), prior to the event.
“See You There!”, read the tag line. Raising expectations and heightening the senses.
